Thank you, Dr. Downing with USM (and Mary Douglas’s aunt!), for sending us the materials to complete our rollercoaster STEM challenge! We learned about potential energy, kinetic energy, and gravity and how they work together. Our students LOVED all the different roller coaster challenges and really put their problem-solving skills to great use. This activity paired perfectly with our roller coaster thematic unit this week!
