One year ago, I quit my full-time job, and in my letter of resignation, I stated the reason being “to focus on my photography business.” Now, exactly one year later, I’m launching the official rebranding of NHP.

It has been a crazy, unpredictable, yet gratifying year doing what I love (as cheesy as that may sound). Meeting new people, hearing different love stories, and capturing life-changing events doesn’t even make this “job” feel like work. And yet, it’s one I wake up every day excited to pursue.

Hello FB, long time no talk. Since last spring- I graduated with my BA, started grad school for my MBA, transitioned from a part-time job to a full-time job, all while running my photo business. I needed a couple months to process everything and take care of my mental health, but despite all these major life changes, I’m back just in time for ✨grad season✨

I love whenever I get the opportunity to visit a new college campus. In 2020, I went to CSU Long Beach, UCR, and ULV. With this year, I’m adding Cal Poly Pomona, Whittier College, OCC, APU, and UCI to my list…I wonder where else I will get to travel to in the future ? 🌎🤔

Today we’re throwing it back to 2020 with this graduate!

Class of 2020 and 2021 are probably two of the most resilient and strong classes yet. They’ve had to miss out on their graduation ceremony, seeing friends, making new memories, and walking through their college campus (or high school) that one last time.

That is why I love what I do because I can give seniors their last “campus walk-through” during our sessions. Many of those that I’ve photographed haven’t been back on campus since last spring so it’s an honor to share that moment with them 🎓💛
