Last nights dinner creation

I made Pan seared Alaskan cod, mushroom risotto and baby broccoli. Garnished with golden caviar and micro herbs.
What do you think?

Roasted red mashed potatoes, asparagus, pan seared salmon topped with shrimp in a white cream crab sauce.

Last nights creation:
Braised short ribs on top of roasted portabella mushrooms served with creamy polenta dressed with a burgundy sauce.

Now if I could only get my photography skills to match my cooking skills😂😂
