Maniac Mike’s Cafe in Upland bounces back after family death, fire, and 14-month closure Owner’s death was followed by a fire and 14-month closure, but popular Cable Airport diner is back.

Starting Friday, for the duration of Lent. Fridays specials will include fish and chips, and a fried fish sandwich with coleslaw. .mikes
