"Rubs for your BBQ Grubs"

Used my Cluck and Oinker on Salmon, Broccoli, and baked Potato. So good. This is a very versatile rub and a go to for many. Give it a try. $10 for 2/3 cup of rub or $25 for 15 ounce jar.
Let’s talk sides. Here is an incredible side of sauted mushrooms. Use soy sauce, garlic, butter, olive oil and red wine. My wife and I found this recipe years ago and we use it all the time. My son did a pan seared Rib Eye with my Cajun rub. He puts the Cajun rub on and presses it in with the back of a spoon. Then puts it in an iron skillet with ghee and sears it on high for a few minutes. Comes out looking and tasting delicious. Let me know your thoughts. Cluck and Oinker on my Thanksgiving turkey before and after.
This is my favorite Arizona Heat. Has some kick but not overpowering. My wife loves it and she can’t do hot. My kids love it as well.
Cluck and Oinker seems to be my most popular rub. Great on chicken and pork of course. But is also great on vegetables, eggs, and salmon.

My newest rub is a Cajun rub with some great flavors that include Thyme, Bay Leaf, and Oregano.
SPG or Salt, Pepper, Garlic a staple for any BBQ master. I add a little parsley and it is delicious.
