Join the City of Upper Arlington for a special Juneteenth recognition program on the plaza of the Municipal Services Center at 6 pm on Monday, June 17. We invite you to celebrate with City Council, the Community Relations Committee, and the City’s Administration as we honor Juneteenth with a meaningful ceremony and the raising of the Juneteenth flag.

Stephanie Hightower, President and CEO of The Columbus Urban League, a passionate advocate for social justice and racial equity will serve as the keynote speaker. Also enjoy a musical performance by members of Urban Strings Columbus, who have been inspiring urban, African American, and minority youth to become accomplished string musicians.
