Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is a Regional Health System in the Greater Philadelphia Area, which includes St. Mary Medical Center (Langhorne, Pa.), Saint Francis Hospital (Wilmington, Del.), Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital (Darby, Pa.), and Nazareth Hospital (Philadelphia). Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is a member of Trinity Health of Livonia, Michigan.
• Improving the health of communities is what Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic strives for every day. Now, I’m asking Congress to help connect social and clinical care, improve health outcomes and eliminate right in our community. Congress can work to ensure investments for important social influencers of health, especially those impacting access to healthy food and affordable housing while working to address for services like maternal health. Congress has created a new bipartisan Social Determinants of Health Caucus in the US House to address these issues. Throughout Women's History Month, we have highlighted the many women who have impacted our company in numerous ways. For our final post this month, we'd like to call out Trish McFarland, a business advocate for Gordon Policy Group LLC.
Trish McFarland is the president of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, a membership-based business advocacy organization. McFarland took the helm in 2015, becoming the first woman to lead the organization in its 132 years. Under her leadership, the Chamber has become a vital voice of business in South Eastern Pennsylvania.
In addition, McFarland has expanded and introduced new programs and initiatives designed to attract, retain and celebrate small business owners, women, veterans and young professionals in Delaware County. By developing educational programming and networking opportunities for these subsets of the membership, McFarland has added value to each member investment in the organization.
Gordon Policy Group LLC is continuing to uplift the amazing women that have made an impact on our company. The next woman who has done this is Letitia Lieb.
Letitia is a Healthcare Management Executive and Consultant who is a strategic partner of GPG. She is also the president of B&G Business Solutions, Inc. which consults and advises senior leadership teams within health care organizations.
Letitia is passionate about providing outsourcing solutions in client services, physician and ancillary provider recruitment, communications, marketing, and provider network management.
Now, onto the next woman Gordon Policy Group highlights this Women's History Month, it's Meenal Lele, a client with the Gordon Policy Group.
Meenal Lele, is founder & CEO of Lil Mixins, an infant immune health company. At Lil Mixins, she is bringing an end to allergies that affect 40 million Americans, like her son. She is the author of Baby and the Biome (Avery, 2022) and producer of Fixing Sick, a podcast which explains how and why allergies exist.
She was previously on the founding team that brought the Subchondroplasty procedure (acquired by Zimmer) and PIVO blood collection (acquired by BD) to market. She has an engineering and a business degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Throughout Women's History Month, we're honored to highlight the women who elevate our company. So, we take great pleasure in shouting out Vikki Lassiter.
Vikki Lassiter is a strategic partner for GPG. She is also the founder of The Adtigo Group, an organizational advisory practice that combines data-based change tools and methodologies to help organizations renew, transform, and lead.
Vikki is an organizational development executive, community health strategist, and entrepreneur passionate about systems change at the root of social and health inequities. She has over two decades of experience in the areas of community-partnered research, business development, change management and policy advocacy.
She has led a wide range of strategy, innovation and transformation projects across multiple sectors in both executive management and consulting roles. In addition, Vikki is an active volunteer in her community.
As a celebration of Women's History Month, GPG is honored to highlight the many women who elevate our company. The first is Carolyn Hayden, who has been a Senior Healthcare Consultant for Gordon Policy Group.
Carolyn is a highly motivated leader with over 25 years of experience in the Managed Care and Home Health industries. Her background includes senior-level management positions in both Payer and Provider entities, and a strong history with Medicaid Managed care organizations.
Specific areas of her expertise include business intelligence, strategic planning, risk management, budget management, project management, process re-design, and system implementation. The depth of her experience is a result of working closely with senior-level peers in Finance, Actuary, Legal, Clinical, IT, Operations, Audit, Compliance, Provider Networking, and Pharmacy.
Carolyn specializes in surpassing business goals through ex*****on of strategic data-driven initiatives. Her career success stems from the innate ability to convene and enable teams of individuals with diverse backgrounds from across an entire organization to achieve results. Carolyn demonstrates superior analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, with proven experience in improving clinical quality, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Excited to represent the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce as a panel participant at Senator Kearney and Representative Gina Curry’s Black and Diverse Business Forum. The forum, hosted by the DCCC, brought together resources to support black and diverse businesses operating in Delco.
