This event was so much fun… I truly enjoyed talking with other ladies who happen to all be entrepreneurs!!

I have a strong belief in the power of self. I believe that you can do anything you put your mind to… and I also believe that some times you gotta take a step back and work on your inner self. If things are hard or overwhelming… take the time you need to collect yourself and then push forward.
You are enough just the way you are right now! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise 🫶🏽

Trainer truth: Even personal trainers have those days. 🏋️♀️😴
You know the ones where the gym sounds about as appealing as a root canal? Yeah, I’m having one of those. 🙈
It’s easy to feel pressure to be always on, but let’s be real - everyone needs a rest day, mental health day, or just plain ‘I-don’t-wanna’ day.
Remember, progress isn’t linear. It’s okay to take a break, recharge, and come back stronger.
I love my job! Teaching people about wellness or in the gym leading boot camps… helping people is my calling and I’m grateful that I can do this everyday!
Your health is so important and needs to be a priority. There is no reason why people are still dying from preventable diseases.
It takes time and effort but I promise you… your life will be so much better if you take the time to take care of your mind body and soul!

Today I saw my brother who 5 years ago today lost his battle with depression. May is mental health awareness and in his honor I ask you to help spread awareness.
I wish I could hug my brother one more time and tell him I love him so much.
Depression is real and it takes lives…but we can make a difference together. And help end the stigmas of mental health.

Glutes workouts are super important for your overall health!
1. Glutes workouts improve your strength and power.. making things like running, jumping, and climbing stairs easier.
2. Reduces injury risks… strong glutes help to stabilize your hips and pelvis.. which takes pressure off of your lower back and knees.
3. Not the most important reason but strong glutes can also contribute to a more toned and sculpted lower body!!
I remember when I couldn’t button these pants
I remember feeling like I hit rock bottom
I remember starting a psych medication that made me gain even more weight.
I remember thinking I would have diabetes and high blood pressure before 40.
And I remember pulling myself up working past all of my excuses…
I remember my first day back in the gym…
I know what it’s like to wear plus size clothes and weight over 250 lbs …
And now I know how good it feels to hold up a pair of pants and see how far I’ve come.
