On Sunday we had our team banquet! Another season down and another senior class stepping into the world!
A lot to be proud of this season! The best of them all was how we came together as a team and became closer as friends! A lot of exciting news to come in the future. Keep and eye out!

Week 1 of the Iowa Youth Rugby Association Spring Boys season is in the books and we check in from all 4 of last Friday’s sites to get the inside scoop! A lot of great rugby was played, the league is getting deeper, and some interesting stories are taking shape! We’ve got 4 coaches that give us a little insight on the programs including Erik Frana head coach from Cedar Rapids Prairie Rugby Club, Thomas E McClimon head coach of Fort Dodge Rugby Club, DeAndre Moore head coach of Urbandale High School Rugby, and our own Philly V freshman coach of West Des Moines Valley Rugby. We also share the 2024 class of the Iowa Rugby Union Hall of Fame and news with the Midwest 7s Series for this summer! Check it out!
