Thank you to the Speakers who took their time to explain their roles and the importance of each professional in the buying and selling process! Scott Hall, from Carney and Appleby Law, covered the attorney’s aspects of Real Estate Transactions. Mike Kentfield, from Legacy-Bank, spoke on home financing and the pre-approval process of qualifying buyers. Teesha Groen, owner of Key Closing Services, LLC, who went through the closing documents and how she assists attorneys, Realtors, and Buyers in getting their proper paperwork to close on their new home.
