Hi everyone! Just a quick reminder that we are now selling beef fat if you need some for mixing with ground venison this year. Also, we wanted to get your feedback on what bundles you would like to see us offer. Let us know what items you would like to see as a package deal and we'll try to make it happen. We are considering adding pork and/or chicken to our inventory; would you guys be interested? We also have 1/2 and whole cows that will be available for pickup mid October. Hello! Hope the New Year is treating you well. We wanted to reach out and let you know about the current specials we have going on at Miles Cattle Company. We plan to run these specials until the end of the month unless we sell out first. Currently on sale are our Sirloin Tips, Stew Meat and Ground Beef. Here are just a few ideas of what you can do with these delicious cuts:
