If you'd like to come by the office located at 1115 Slater St. in Valdosta, GA (by the Wildcat Stadium) to put in an application (apps are $40.00 & will stay on file up to 6wks), then once a property becomes available you will be preapproved & 1st to call. Property Manager Advice on Stimulus:
If you have moved in the past year 2020 and are expecting a stimulus, they do not mail to forwarded addresses, so please check with your past Landlord to see if the new tenant turned in your check for easy pick up vs. giving it back to the post office to which you will probably never see again. Or simply knock on the door of your old address and/or reach out to them with your phone number so that you can receive your check. Just a friendly FYI since I have checks coming to my office for past tenants' from new tenants'
