- Late Policy -
Please arrive on time; a late fee of $15 will be added to your total service fee 15 minutes after your scheduled time. Appointment canceled after 20 minutes; NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED
- Rescheduling -
Due to a high volume of clients, ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used towards a future service scheduled within the same month of your original appointment.
Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A no call/ no show will result in a $25 fee that must be paid before next service or you will be banned from booking
- Guest Policy -
Due to limited spacing, NO KIDS OR EXTRA PEOPLE are allowed. No exception. Please make prior arrangements.
NO cut up wefts/bundles or used lace unless previously installed by me if not there will be a $10 fee
