The 24-25 VHS FFA Officer team is working hard to plan activities and chapter meetings for the year! The team traveled to Blue Ridge to enjoy some mountain serenity and focus on making this year the best one yet!

In addition to planning, the team has been working on team building initiatives to further develop their leadership and team work skills.

Valdosta FFA will be having a post graduation fern sale this year! We always have parents and community members ask about purchasing the ferns during prom, honors night, other school functions that are saved for graduation, so we are pleased to offer a fern sale this year!

Mark your calendars for June 1st, 12-5pm! This will be a one day only, cash only sale!

We will also have a few hanging baskets and sprengeri ferns for sale as well.

Today was the biggest day of my life LITERALLY! 6,772 people watched me receive my state title that I spent countless hours preparing and practicing for. Floral design, and FFA is my calling and I could not be more thankful to do it with any better people than My Valdosta High FFA Chapter. Thank you to each and every one of our community members that have followed me along in this new chapter in my life I truly from the bottom of my heart am so thankful to have you on my side. Today is the first but definitely not the last. I hope to see you next year following in my floral design journey throughout my next 3 years in FFA.

Day 1 of GA State convention has come to an end and is one for the books. Me and Christian were able to go to the EMC dinner to showcase his amazing accomplishments this year. Tomorrow is a big day for a lot of us on this trip, I can’t wait to share these next few days with each and every one of you.

Our State Convention trip is off to a fantastic start!

Since Addison place within the top 3 in the State for FFA floral design, she and the other top 3 winners in FFA State Floral Design for the junior and senior level created boutonnières and corsages for the retiring State Officer’s Parents. They also created centerpieces for the sponsor dinner on Thursday night.

We are so proud of Addison’s hard work and can’t wait for her to be recognized on stage for her placement in Junior Floral Design later this week.

I would like to thank each and every one of you who came out to our spring plant sale these past few days it means a lot to us knowing we have support from our community.

As your reporter I would like to take a moment to thank y’all for your help and support to our chapter. Knowing I have an amazing community to back me and my chapter is the best feeling in the world so I thank you.
