I’m not one to make posts like this, and I don’t like bringing negativity into my business. However, due to a recent incident where a client attempted to scam me by using someone else’s card—resulting in a dispute being filed—I'm forced to update my policies to ensure the security of my services.

Effective immediately, when booking an appointment, you will need to upload a valid ID or Driver’s License. If the name on your ID and the booking name don’t match, the appointment will be canceled and refunded.

If you’re booking on behalf of a minor or someone else, there will be a designated space for you to provide their name.

All remaining balances must be paid in exact cash or with a physical debit/credit card. If you’re paying with a card, you must also present your ID to confirm that the names match.

As a small business, I value every penny my clients spend with me, which is why I go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I appreciate each and every one of you who chooses to support my business. I hope this update doesn’t deter you from continuing to support me.
