This position is Monday-Friday. Hours vary but are between 9-5.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting walk-in clients, setting appointments, assisting clients with event rental reservations, payments, policies, and questions.
The candidate must be friendly, outgoing, able to clearly communicate in person and on the phone, have good computer skills to be able to learn our rental program, read and answer emails, scan and copy documents, and keep files organized.

Don't forget we can help with fundraisers, company parties, and corporate events as well as weddings!

As a customer service representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Be excited to help customers with any and all questions. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This is will be accomplished by being very familiar with company policies, procedures, and inventory.
You will be creating estimates and work orders directly with customers; scheduling work orders with the delivery/warehouse crew, and communicating consistently with customers, co-workers, supervisors.

Our office will be closed today in honor of Memorial Day.

Customer service duties and responsibilities generally include answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, guiding customers through the rental reservation process, explaining policies and procedures. Scheduling rental deliveries and pick-ups. Must be friendly and professional, an excellent communicator, proficient with basic technology such as computers, phones and, GPS. We are a small team so reliability is a must.
