🌱🍓🥗 Today, our Summer Camp Scholars embarked on an exciting journey to the Farmer's Market to dive into the world of summer harvests! Exploring which veggies and fruits thrive in the season was not only educational but also a blast. Afterward, our students put their newfound knowledge to the test, selecting ingredients for delicious salads - the kindergarteners tackled veggies, 1st and 2nd graders went for peppers and lettuce, while the older kids stocked up on fruity delights for a refreshing fruit salad snack. And to top it all off, we treated ourselves to ice cream on their front porch. Did we mention that our scholars made their own salads today too? Here's to learning, growing, and indulging in the sweetness of summer! 🍦🥬🌶️ 🌞

Summer Camp is underway!

🚀🌱🍎 Our students have been diving deep into STEM challenges this week, tackling aluminum boat and marshmallow boat challenges with creativity and enthusiasm! But the learning doesn't stop there; they're also exploring the world of gardening. While the younger ones express their green thumbs through colorful drawings, the older students are penning down the essential steps to kickstart their own garden adventures. And the excitement continues tomorrow with a visit to the local farmer's market, where they'll discover the magic of fresh fruits and vegetables firsthand. STEM week? More like STEM success! 🌟
