Here are two quick tips for braces beginners:

Maintain Good Oral Hygiene: Braces can trap food and plaque, so it’s crucial to brush your teeth after every meal and floss daily. Consider using a soft toothbrush and floss threaders to make cleaning easier and more effective. Let us know if you need extra help!

Be Mindful of Your Diet: Avoid sticky, hard, or chewy foods that can damage your braces or get stuck in them. Opt for softer foods and cut up anything that could be problematic into smaller pieces to help protect your braces and keep your treatment on track.
