Filler migration! 💉💉💉💉💉💉💉

This occurs from either injection technique or if too much filler was placed at one time. This also can occur over time from repeat filler placement. Full, pouty lips 👄 are best achieved by small amounts of filler placed overtime and with proper technique!

Unfortunately this particular case was due primarily to misplacement. We did 2 rounds of dissolving with Hylenex and today were finally able to refill. 🙌

Dissolving CAN and DOES take subsequent treatments. The number of sessions is dependent on the type of filler that is present as well as how long the filler has been there.

If you’ve had lip filler and your lip seems heavy, protruding out and not lifting up and/or if the border of the lip is obscured then dissolving + starting fresh will ultimately give the absolute best result. 🙌👄
