We offer one-on-one training in two 1200 sq. personal training studios. We offer top of the line equipment including HammerStrength, Freemotion, Precor, StarTrac and LifeFitness. Our current clientelle ranges from 10 years old to 78 years old. We have Male and Female trainers available to meet your needs. We also offer Body Building/Fitness Competition Posing Sessions with a Championship Coach. She has won overall titles in several competitions including COASTAL STATES & GEORGIA.
