Our community believes in ending hunger and we fight against challenges of disease and disaster that leave people hungry.
Together, we can raise funds, walk together and help end hunger in our community and around the world! Did you know that First Christian Church of Vallejo is turning 125 years old and, after all this time, we are still making noise!?! To celebrate this milestone, on the weekend of September 21st and 22nd, we are gathering friends from the past and present for a weekend of fun and fellowship! Save the dates!

Congrats to all the walkers and donor's! The Vallejo CROP Hunger Walk has surpassed its $5000 goal! We are currently sitting at just over $5300 with a few more checks outstanding. The campaign will be open through 6/30, so you can still help this cause! Thank you to everyone for your donations!

Walking to help the unsheltered in Vallejo Dionne Carter of Vallejo Together said that the walk was a chance to be with a group, but also reflect individually on what the unsheltered are going through.
Well the rain didn't stop some of us from walking today! A big thank you to the Vallejo Ferry building to allowing us to set us our registration table inside. A big thanks to First Christian Church Vallejo, Vallejo Together and the Amador Street Hope Center for participating and volunteering, and a big thank you to all of you who donated! If you would still like to donate, we will be collecting donations through the end of June! We have collected $3687 towards our $5000 goal. The walk has come and go. We may have been small in numbers, our hearts are still large. Totals are not final, but we have raised just under 4700.00 for our agencies. Well done all.

CROP Hunger Walks Please help CROP Hunger Walks end hunger in our community and around the world! Together we can make a difference.
This years walk is on Saturday, May 6th. But there will a concert on March 25 to benefit the walk and restaurants like Rubios, Habit Burger and China Wok also will help out. Look for information coming.
Beautiful day and much fun and raised over 7600.00.
Don't forget this coming Wednesday and the following Tuesday or Wednesday, restaurants are helping with the walk.
