Community Presbyterian Church, across the street from Steffan Manor, will be hosting coffee and donuts for our Parebts/guardians after student drop off and Meet & Greet! Please take a moment to meet some of our Steffan Community Members.
Do not drop off students before 8:00 am, there is no supervision prior to breakfast.
If you need any support while at Steffan Manor for the Meet & Greet, please look for a staff member who will gladly help you find what you need.

Hello families! I hope you are having a wonderful summer break.
Rebuilding Together has joined this event and will be providing free food! Remember, this even is for Steffan Manor Students and their families. Backpacks will be only be given to the 2024-2025 Steffan Manor students.
For all you go getters that are ready to prepare for the start of school… Steffan Manor will be hosting a backpack giveaway on August 7 from 10-12. You will drive through behind the Community Presbyterian Church (enter from Annette, exit onto Cedar). This event is sponsored by Project Blessing Bags, Eric Reyes Foundation, and Another Chapter. Your child must be a student at Steffan Manor to receive the backpack. Be prepared to give the volunteers your students’ name/s.
School starts on August 19th! The school day begins at 8:30! The first week of school are all minimum days for grades 1-5 with a dismissal time of 1:30. TK-K dismissal is 12:30 daily until after Thanksgiving break.
Notification of classroom assignments will go out by the end of day August 16 via ParentSquare. Communication is done through ParentSquare! Be sure you have the app or login online.

5th grade promotion! Amazing speeches, tears, excited families… what an amazing day. Our children grow up so fast. Cherish each and every moment. Spend time with them, play games, talk, and hug. Best wishes in Middle School!

Ms. Sanghera and Ms. Johnson’s classes had the highest attendance for the month of March! They earned the March Madness Pie the Principal Award!

Thank you to our classified staff! Custodians, para educators, student nutrition, office managers, secretaries, bilingual tutors, ASPs, CWAs, Mental Health support Providers, grounds workers, truck drivers, painters, plumbers, maintenance workers and MORE! You support our students every day to help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment! YOU are appreciated!
Put this on your calendar!! Our first minimum day is May 24! No school on May 27 in observation of Memorial Day. Then all minimum day suntil the last day of school on June 6.
Our Girl’s on the Run team is raising money through a coin collection to purchase flowers for a nursing home on Senior’s Day! Help them out!
Twinsies! Another 2nd grade also went to the Marin Headlands to learn about living things! Plants are so amazing! Did you know that before trees there were humongous fungi!? Well now you know. Ms. Sanghera’s class enjoying a beautiful day in an outdoor classroom!
The wheels on the bus go round and round…. All the way to the Marin Headlands! Ms. Lopez’s class had an exciting time learning about plants and checking out the beach habitat! Thank you to the state parks system for supporting education in our great outdoor California classroom.

Vallejo City Unified School
Sparky came for a visit to teach our students about fire safety! All of our students had an opportunity to learn about grease fires, go through a simulation to learn how to get down and low, crawl out a window, and stop drop and roll! Thank you to the students from our local middle and high schools, Jesse Bethel, Vallejo High School and Hogan Middle, who came to teach our children in collaboration with Vallejo Fire Department. Some of them were Steffan Alum!
