The office will be closed, Monday, September 2, in honor of Labor Day.
That week, Dr. Dave will have usual hours on Tuesday (8am - 10am, 12pm - 3pm, 5pm - 7pm on a "first come first served" basis) but will add a few extra hours for appointments Wednesday through Friday. www.schallerfamilychiropractic.com He will be gone September 7th - 22nd returning to work Monday 9/23.

Dr. Dave here. Update on my dental nightmare. Infection to the jaw. Couldn't get the extraction done at the dentist office so it's off to the oral surgeon this afternoon. Needless to say, I WON'T be in the office today.
Exams yesterday with 3D xray.
Unbearable pain today from a cracked molar so extraction scheduled for 10:30 this morning, 8/20.
I will try to get back to the office later today but text me at
314 954 0746 just to be sure before you come.
Because of a "Dental Emergency"...
Dr. Dave will NOT have Monday afternoon hours, 8/19/24.
His hours that day will be
8am - 10am and 5pm - 7pm
Because of a church meeting he also MUST be out of the office no later than 7pm.

This is your first "Warning"!
Dr. Dave will be out of the office from September 7 - September 22. He will return to the office for normal Monday hours September 23.
He and his wife, Sharon, will be hiking and camping 5 National Parks including The Grand Tetons. (see picture)

We are having a "water hammer" issue in our pipes here at the office. Looking for a plumber recommendation (preferably a patient) to fix the problem. Know anyone?

Good news. No surgery to repair the broken elbow. Just need to baby it and wear a sling or brace. Follow up x-ray next week to see how it's healing. Sure looks ugly though.
Hey folks you DO know that Dr. Dave only took one day off and is still working his normal hours......right?
Dr. Dave will NOT be in today, 5/16/24 as he took a nasty fall last night and is headed to Urgent Care today for x-rays to rule out a broken forearm and collar bone......It's official....A nondisplaced fracture of the olecranon, also known as an olecranon fracture, is a break in the bone that doesn't move out of place. Nondisplaced fractures are often caused by falls, motor vehicle accidents, or assaults.

Got to meet another Chiropractic "hero" of mine at this past continuing education credits gathering. Dr. James Chestnut. The guru of evidence based chiropractic lifestyle and wellness.
Another interesting speaker at this past weekend 's conference was Dr. Adam Del Torto. He explained and demonstrated "Cranial Facial Release Technique". A practice where a tiny balloon is inserted in the naso pharynx and quickly inflated to mobilize the bones of the face and cranium. The video is my adjustment with fellow chiropractors thinking I may need the Teddy Bear for comfort. Listen closely for the "release". Wow!!
