We have amazing news!!! Pumba has been adopted. He left the shelter and joined his family this weekend, and he is the happiest boy now! His new family is so loving and sweet, and they are already spoiling him like he deserves. They are the perfect match! This is definitely the happiest ending we could have imagined to Pumba's story.

We at Big Valley Animal Rescue appreciate every one of you who shared our Pumba posts because that is how his new mom found him! So thank you so much, from us and especially from Pumba, and please keep on sharing our posts and helping us get some amazing and patient dogs out of the shelter. We have great news to share! Sweet Tess has been adopted by the most amazing, loving, and kind family. She has a doting mom and dad and even two sweet fur brothers. She fell in love with all of them instantly and is already playing and running around with her fur brother! Thank you to all of you what have helped us by sharing our posts. Congratulations, Tess!!!

UPDATE we have 3 panels and need one more that is $149 at Marvins. We still need a way to transport the kennel and help setting it up. Who can help? Again this allows the dogs to STAY in their home without being surrendered to a shelter.

Please share sweet Lilah's story!! She has been waiting in a shelter for five years, and she really deserves a chance at a real home. Lilah came to us in 2019 and has had very little interest all this time. We think it might be because someone chopped off her ears and she looks a little fierce. But she is a sweet, gentle, love bug who loves everyone. She deserves to live her golden years snuggled up on a couch with her person or people. Please help Lilah and share this post. Again we LOVE PUPDATES!! Back in February all Hell broke loose. We all got overwhelmed. One of our loyal fosters became severely overwhelmed. We had to move many dogs in a short amount of time. Needless to say we moved everyone safely, boarded a few, and moved three into foster ho.es
Abby's Angels animal rescue helped us by taking several dogs then I received a call about two puppies who were dumped at an elderly person's apartment . We got these puppies to safety and pray for a miracle . Two Miracles came in the form of Foster and later Foster to adopt . I'm happy to say that Bruce Wayne and Ludo are now both thriving in their forever homes. Thank you MitziCookie James and Misty Hester .
