Kids Group has been busy this summer!!!!

This interactive group is made up of 20 friends who are participating all summer long to grow their mental health!

Over the last week this group worked together to explore the "footprint" that is left online with the information they share and they discussed social media safety tips.

A large portion of this group is about building skills they can use when they feel big emotions. Deep breathing is an excellent tool they are learning how to use!
