Praline Pecan pound ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿพ the flavor is top notch. However, I will say I think I need new flour. I always use Bob's Red Mill. I think I have to switch. It's producing cakes on the drier side. That's a NO NO ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

Here is something... I am a very small business. My orders are pretty much by word of mouth. I am not a full time content creator. Hell, I'm not a part time creator. Okay, f**k it. I'm not a content creator ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ but I am a creator ๐Ÿ˜œ It is extremely part time(mostly on the weekends), due to I am a full time public servant. I fill my cup by baking and feeding others. So with that being said, please do not ask me to reduce my prices to fit your budget. No matter the relationship between us. We've all seen the prices of food and general merchandise, there is no discount for small businesses.

Recipe:
2- room temperature blocks of cream cheese
1 C sugar
1/4 tsp citric acid
3- room temperature eggs
1- egg yolk
1 C sour cream
1/4 C room temperature whipping cream
2 tbsp flour or corn starch
1 Tbsp Lemon emulsion
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 jar quality Lemon curd

1/4 C sugar
1/4 C melted butter for crushed wafers
2 C crushed lemon wafers (food processor, fine dust)

Combine wafer dust, butter, 1/4 C sugar. Make sure it's the consistency of damp sand. Bake for 10 minutes on 350ยฐ. Let cool completely.

Press into greased springform pan

Mix cream cheese, sugar, citric acid, sour cream, whipping cream, and flavorings together, until well combined and smooth. ADD one egg at a time, blending before adding the next. This should be a 40 second process. Add flour. Mix. Add mixture to shell. Bake on 330ยฐ for 60 minutes. Let rest in oven for 35 with closed door. Cream the door fur the remaining 25 minutes. Let set in refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
Top with lemon curd.
