It’s hot out, but our brewery location is OPEN with A/C all day and El Viejon is taking a heat-of-the-day siesta then opening again for dinner tonight from 6pm-9pm! Cool off with some ceviche and crispyboi lagers today!

What’s better than a syndicated rerun of your favorite episode of The A-TEAM? Nothing, really.

But a close second is probably the return of “I Love It When A Van Comes Together” from Great Notion & Vice Beer! A hazy IPA all the Citra hops you know and love along with that new new HBC-586, and poppin’ with the white hot NZ Nelson hops! That’s what got brewed today! So, look for it later this summer!

We’re stoked to brew a collaboration today with 54-40 Brewing! The beer will be a recreation of a beer Michael & Bolt collabed on 6 years ago called “Academy Award Winner Helles Hunt!” Back then, that was Michael’s first day on a commercial brew system and the first beer he ever got to collaborate on. Speaking of firsts, Michael also had his first grown man medical procedure today… so this is the drive-by pic as Bria took him home from the hospital! Like Shaq said: Never fake the funk on a nasty dunk.

This is an exit to Eternal Summer Slacking - a new Citra-packed Extra Pale Ale. We hop-dipped this crystal clear beer in Citra Dyanaboost oil-enhance hop extract before more additions of Citra Cryo and Citra T-90. The result is a grapefruit and citrus peel summer crusher. It truly is The Way.

Also, new hats are in with 4 different colorways and they’re only 12 bones!
