Happy Friday! Decided to make this post to chat about fillers and things we don’t need… literally anything that isn’t a whole food. No sauces used to drown out bad quality or poorly cooked proteins . No preservatives used to keep meals frozen for weeks if not months before it gets to you. Simple dry rubs and steam / water are all we use. I don’t agree with sauces to fill in the gaps whether it’s for taste or weight. Anything cooked correctly needs nothing of the sort. With that being said, you pay for what you get. Happy meal prep Monday! Salmon sweating is the only timer you need! No need to reinvent the wheel with salmon. The tried and true lemon and dill is the only way to go. We like to taste the protein with some added notes. No customer complaints so far! Can’t forget about the yams that are always coming across the grates! Little char is exactly what they need. You guys know where to find them.

Happy Saturday! Massive wing order went out today for a backyard birthday party! Best wings I’ve done to date. Dry rub mix only. The only combo I think I’ll be doing from here on out on these.
