For the past 3 years there’s not a day that goes by where someone doesn’t call, email, text or ask about why their car insurance rates continue to go up. There’s no short answer to that question. There are so many factors in play now. The picture below shows common labor rates of body shops. Just labor rates, part costs and paint are also way up there. A nationwide wide shortage of mechanics doesn’t help either.

And I’m sure if you’ve gone to a car lot lately you’ll notice new car prices are up and used car prices are even up more. Add that with an all time high in uninsured drivers and Washington being #3 in the country for car theft. Perfect storm ⛈️

In March of 2005 Linda Huff hired me as a team member in her Camas State Farm office. Over the next 3 years she mentored me and taught me how to run a successful business. I’m very grateful for the opportunity that she gave me. Rest in Peace Linda 😞
