started out with a bang! The Kids Tri and Sunset 5&10k was a blast! Now to take on the beast that is tomorrows Tri and Duathlons!

A few tips to make the morning move smoother for you:

1. Get there early. Parking will be tight. Lines will be long. Give yourself the gift of time.
2. Pre mark yourself with permanent marker. Bib number on each arm (shoulder to elbow), event abbreviation on left calf (i.e. Sprint Triathlon = ST), age on right calf.
3. Even if you have done all the prep work, arriving 20 minutes before the race is NEVER enough time to park, get your bike in place, hit the restroom one last time and be at the start line! Late chip times are no fun for anyone!
