Builders painters painted the wrong color on the customers home , by the time he stopped by to look they we’re halfway done and basically told himhe was stuck with the blue. He wanted to go with very neutral colors

Replaced from Hurricane Ian Damage

We came in and textured all the ceilings and walls , customer wanted a light orange peel for both.
Painted the ceilings flat white using premium ceiling paint from Sherwin Williams
Walls went Allabaster from sherwin williams in superpaint flat(per customer’s request)
Trim and doors was done in white emerald semi gloss from Sherwin Williams
Ceilings and new drywall all got primed and then painted 2 coats of top coat.

Repainted entire exterior of this home .
1 Coat of Loxon Primer/Conditioner
2 Coats of Emerald Satin top coat.
Side walk was grinded down and after a bonder was applied
2 coats of Acrylicadeck deck and side walk paint were applied.
The pillars in the front of the home were on the verge of being a total loss, we spent about a full 9 hour day on them bringing them back to life.

Switched all these walls from a dark brown , used Benjamin Moore Regal Flat Paint , Customer just bought this business space , hes ripping out the carpet and getting tile in , this place is going to look so good when hes done! Big thanks to Joe Campbell for trusting us with his Business space , we look forward to doing the outside of the business after summer!

Spent the last month on this Giant , Painted the main stucco with Benjamin Moore Cryli Cote , same for the white bands and wood, door was cleaned with TSP and then Varnished with Benjamin Moore spar Varnish, the door is the last photo but do yourself a favor and check it out it looks brand new !

Wont be able to take a drive down Manasota beach road without this beautiful home catching your eye!
