Studio B was chosen to record an important podcast for the Glioblastoma Research Organization, located in Miami, Florida. GBM Founder and Podcast Host, Amber Barbach, flew to the west coast to meet with her guest, Barbie Blank Coda, a WWE professional wrestler, and model, in our podcast studios. The topic was about the deadly disease, Glioblastoma, a highly malignant form of brain cancer, and how it personally affected Barbie's family. Glioblastoma can affect anybody at any age, although it is commonly found in people ages 45 to 70. It is non-genetic in nature and develops quickly. The reasons for its occurrence are unknown, and there is no cure for Glioblastoma. When the devastating diagnosis is given, most patients survive an average of 18 to 24 months.
