This wrap is a twist on one i did a long time ago…when MADE TO EAT was in my little home kitchen :) and some “earthquake” chips are take on gas station chips i used to get in utah — its a crazy combo of flavors… salty vinegary, bbq-y, herby. just trust me. they are tasty!

it’s a cozy kinda wednesday. a nice day to treat yourself to a cookie ☺️

this cookie is filled with chocolate and dunked it peanut butter chips(because my sister gave me the idea!)

i hope you all enjoy lunch! if you’re making salads or meals at home and you like nuts — toast extra and stash them in a freezer bag once they are cooled and use on future salads or bowls or pasta dishes. so easy and such a tasty + healthy addition!

here are new menus for next week!! also there is a little something extra only available friday april 1! i really love all the menus but the ranch on tuesday is just so yum and the 7 layer bar — shortbread crust caramel, butterscotch…milk and dark chocolate and some coconut!! so good!!! and i think everyone knows by now that o love thai flavors…wednesday/friday menu hits the spot for me! ☺️

i love salads. the combinations are ENDLESS!!! greens and gold for a little st. Patrick’s week fun ☺️

while i don’t love losing an hour of sleep when the time “springs forward” i do love that when i get around to making something for dinner there is still some decent light for a quick photo!

a few things to take a classic greek salad for basic to WOW!! • lemon ZEST •chopped olives •pickled red onion •GOOD olive oil •maldon salt for finishing (while the feta and olives and onions are salty the bulk of the salad is TOMATO and CUCUMBER and salt is essential to bringing out those flavors!

and a drizzle of a simple vinaigrette:
— 3 T red wine vinegar *can swap a tablespoon for lemon juice*
— 1/4 c olive oil
— 1/4 t kosher salt (slightly mounded)
— 1/4 t dried oregano
— 1/4 t dried thyme

shake vigorously in a lidded jar…and a 1/2 teaspoon of dijon mustard to help emulsify the dressing! i promise you won’t even know it’s there if you are questioning the flavor!
