We are so lucky to have many Veterans and Active Duty as customers that enjoy a meal with us (some pictured here) ❤️ We observed many holidays but as an American this one is so meaningful and we try to show that always 🙏🏻 The sacrifice of all the men, women and 4 legged soldiers that lost their lives for us all 😔👩‍🚀👨‍🚀 🐕 is why we have all our freedoms 💪 Never forget them and the families who have endured their loss. Cafe 126 thanks them all! 🇺🇸 🫡

Happy St. Patrick’s Day from Cafe 126!! 🍀🥳 On Sunday, 3/17 we will be celebrating the day with some special menu items 😋 We will be serving a Baileys Irish Cream French Toast combo, Green Clover Small Stack Pancakes, Corned Beef and Cabbage meal along with other Corned Beef favorites like our Hash and Rueben 🎉🎉 The Corned Beef and Cabbage will be ready at 9:30am. Everything else will be available from 7am to 2pm. Remember to wear your green and to Kiss a Blarney Stone 😂

Hi from Cafe 126!! St Patrick’s Day 🍀 is on Sunday, 3/17. Here is our scratch recipe for our slow cooked Corned Beef Brisket made two different ways. One way, we hand chopped it with potatoes for our popular Corned Beef Hash, Hash Eggs Benedict or we slice it for our Yummy 😋 Rueben Sandwich served daily 🎉 The other way is for our special Corned Beef & Cabbage (St Patty’s Day) 🍀 Large portions of course🤩 As always a big thank you for your support 😊 Order Up 🛎

Happy 2024 from Cafe 126!! Our little “hole in the wall” out in the “boonies”loves to share homemade recipe processes with you. Here we are showing our delicious Chili Verde 🤤 We cut our pork, tomatillos, onions and jalapeños fresh! We add our secret spices, cook and Ole!!!! We have our Chili Verde Omelette, El Centro (Huevos) and our huge Chili Verde Breakfast Burrito 🎉👏😋 Come enjoy in house or for takeout and delivery👌 Thank you again for all the support and for keeping us in business 🙏

Hi Everyone! On Saturday, 12/23 from 10am to 1:30pm we will have Santa at our Cafe 126 for any kids both young and old 😁 You can take a picture, get some candy and let Santa know what they want for Christmas 🎅 Of course, you can also eat some great food if you would like 😋 During this time, any child 10 years and under will eat for free with a paid adult entree!! One child free per adult paid entree.

Hi from Cafe 126!! So we raised our prices in January……I know, LAME!🤦🏻‍♂️ Did we say we had the best customers in the world 🤔🥰. Well, we added a few new items to help and, of course, as you can see the portions are still huge 😮. We now have a New York Steak Sandwich, Corned Beef Hash Benedict, Small Ham Steak, Pastrami Burger and best of all, TOTs 🎉🎉🎉. Yes, our little place is still in the Boonies of Ventura (where)🤷🏻‍♂️. As always, thank you for the great support for the last 25 years ☺️

Happy Thanksgiving from Cafe 126!! 🎉🎉 It’s been a while since we posted one of our scratch recipes (no secrets here), so here is our popular Country Gravy 😋 We use lots of bacon and sausage (no diets here) along with some oil, bacon base, flour, spice and “Whole” Milk 🥛 Our Country Fried Meals, Country Breakfast, Beth’s Skillet and of course Biscuits are all our customer’s favorites!! I wonder why 🤔 Oh yeah, the gravy 😛 (“and don’t forget the gravy”) As always, thank you for all your support and our food plates still fill your tables!! Order up 😍

Patricia has been coming for decades to our little cafe and we always miss family when they move 😢 Her son , Lucky John will not be moving!! Hi Cafe 126 Followers and Fans!! Early in the week the Cafe 126 page was hacked along with my personal page. The person uploaded a very inappropriate video that initially made it out to the public before Facebook caught it and deleted it. 😡
Facebook took the Facebook accounts down until they realized it was not myself or Cafe 126 that posted this video. It’s was an exhausting process and I still do not have the Cafe 126 Instagram approved to be back up yet 😕
My apologies for anyone that had to see this particular post and it is amazing how people feel they need to do this for what ever reason.
As always, thank you for all your support to our little cafe and the success we have thanks to that support 🙏🏻☺️

Finally a new item on our menu 🥳Yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks! Here is our homemade recipe process (recipe share #4) for our delicious Chili Colorado 🤤 We cut our beef fresh and slow cook it tender. Next we cook our sauce with 3 different dry chilis, onions, secret spices and blend it 👨‍🍳. We have a Chili Colorado Omelette, Chili Colorado El Centro (Huevos) and our huge 😮 Chili Colorado Breakfast Burrito 🎉👏😋 👌 A big “Thank You” for all your support which has helped our little cafe get strong again 🙏😊

On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, Cafe 126 remember the lives lost tragically on one of our country’s most devastating days.
