Northwest MLS will not join NAR settlement The organization is the first non-NAR MLS to announce its intentions, and it says keeping the compensation field provides more transparency for consumers.

If you were at our Realtor of the Future Event back in February where we went over NAR lawsuit predictions and changes that we thought were coming make sure to be there with us in Westlake May 14th to get updates on impacts to the industry from the experts!

Great news for our Realtor friends!!!

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac just sent out a notice to lenders that if the Seller chooses to pay for the Buyer's Agent representation, those costs will NOT count against the interested party contribution limits.

We were concerned that first time homebuyers being capped at a 3% credit limit from sellers would be negatively impacted, but Fannie/Freddie just confirmed that the seller can contribute, if they wish, 3% AND the buyer's agent commission.

At least we have some good news to start the week....

He doesn’t set unrealistic expectations, he and his team delivered on everything they promised and stayed ahead of the game the whole way. I appreciated his availability and willing to answer even the littlest questions throughout the process. Having a resource like Noah was invaluable. We are grateful we chose him to guide us through…and recommend others do the same.

Darcy was fantastic as well. She effectively kept the process moving and we were able to close without issue. Buying a home is a stressful process and both Noah and Darcy made it exponentially easier.
