I work in a vet clinic and a few weeks ago there was a competition being run through one of our suppliers for “dogs at work”. My clinic ended up winning with this pic of my dogs and thought you all might enjoy 😁
My dog on the left is wearing “stray’s anatomy” scrubs, just to add to the overall look 😂 It’s a good day to save lives 🩺🐾

Learn more about the impressive giant black sea bass (Stereolepis gigas), which can be 7 feet long, weigh over 700 pounds, and live up to 70 years.
The Giant Black Sea Bass is a unique species, if not for any other reason than its extraordinary size. Its presence in the waters off of California and Baja California has played an essential role in the health of the ecosystem in which it lives. With a position at or near the top of the food chain, it provides the balance required for an optimum marine environment.
The range of this bottom-dwelling fish extends from Humboldt Bay in Northern California to southern Baja California. Adults can vary in color from black to grey, often with large dark spots covering their bodies. Giant black sea bass use their large mouth and small teeth to eat prey such as lobster, octopus, squid and small sharks.
Due to a long history of overfishing, the giant black sea bass population almost neared extinction. In 1982, California banned sport and commercial fishing of giant black sea bass in coastal waters. Classified as critically endangered by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, researchers continue to study and collect data about the giant black sea bass population today.
