Throwback Thursday! Did you know Peirano’s Market was Ventura’s first commercial building, built in 1877 for Italian merchant Alex Gandolfo? His nephew, Nick Peirano, took over in 1890, and the market stayed in the family until the late 1980s.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve reimagined this historic space while staying true to its roots. With the addition of our authentic delicatessen and restaurant, we hope we’re continuing a legacy that Nick Peirano would be proud of.
