Made from pasteurized goat's milk, the cheese is aged for six or more months to produce a dense and smooth pale, ivory-colored paste. It has a nutty and brown-buttery flavor, with prominent caramel notes. This artisanal gouda-style cheese has a texture that is firm and dense with a palate that is smooth with slight graininess.

To the delight of the priests, they ate the cheese and thought they were in heaven, as the shape reminded them of angel's wings.

My Lamb-Borghini is a matured, gouda-style cheese. Made from pasteurized sheep's milk, the cheese is aged for 3-6 months to produce a paste that is deep buttery in colour with a smooth firm texture. Flavors are sweet and buttery at the initial stage of ripening but develop an incredible sweetness of caramels and nutty undertones as it fully matures.
SoSalt has been cultivating Sicilian sea salt for more than 100 years. Their territory spans over 100 hectares of salt pans in the coastal strip between Trapani and Marsala. Unlike regular table salt, sea salt contains trace elements, making it more soluble. SoSalt Coarse Sea Salt granules are large and easy to grab with your fingers to season all types of dishes.
Sea salt has been harvested for millenia and was once more valuable than gold.
This salt is naturally rich in iodine, fluorine, magnesium and potassium, with a much lower percentage of sodium chloride than regular table salt. This real Italian sea salt adds more “salt” flavor to food, with less sodium, so use a pinch to naturally enhance the taste of all your favorite dishes. It is also ideal for preserving foods.
Tête de Moine AOC is a specialty cheese with a history that dates back 800 years. It originates from the Bellelay Abbey in Switzerland’s Bernese Jura region. The name means "Monk's Head." It is a strong, semi-hard cheese with a robust aroma and texture. Its full flavor is due to natural untreated milk from dairy cattle that during summer graze on the spicy herbs and grasses of the Jura mountain pastures and are winter-fed on fragrant hay from the same rolling meadows. The cheese is matured on pinewood boards for approximately three months, which also adds depth of flavor.
It is mostly commonly eaten in wafer-thin rosettes, which are shaved off the cheese with a device called a Girolle. This delicate preparation enables the full flavor of the cheese to develop, heightening the tasting pleasure.
