Learn the basics of Reiki in this one day certification. Class will cover the history of Reiki, reviewing the chakra system, protecting your energy, learning how to conduct a reiki session including hand positions, and checking energy blocks with pendulum.

Each student will receive the level 1 symbol along with the attunement. Practice will be provided at the end of the season for each student to experience receiving and providing a session. Reiki 1 certificate will be provided upon completion of class.

Cost- $200

Last year I had a calling to visit Sedona. I had never traveled there before but I knew I needed to plan a trip. Curious my entire way there why I had this strong pull. Getting to experience that strong Sedona energy is something everyone needs to experience. Sedona gives you a whole new level of gratitude. I got to spend some time with my dear friend Pauline while
in Sedona. As we were basking in its beautiful energy under the stars one evening it came to both of us. We needed to bring a group of women back to connect to their own power! This moment created the Women Have Risen Retreat.
