Horizon Home Detailing came out to our newly constructed duplex and did amazing job cleaning out the windows and the whole house from construction dirt. I was amazed with their attention to detail. Full Time Employee Needed

CRATE BUILDER and GENERAL SPECIALIST

CRATE WISCONSIN/ DANE MOVING SERVICE - A Third-Party relocation company in Verona is
looking for a qualified individual to add to their team due to
continued growth in our business. Full time position available with
potential for ample overtime during our busy summer season. We are
specialists in the moving industry, making sure items safely make the
move from origin to destination - WE ARE NOT MOVERS. Interested
applicants should have previous knowledge of tools, a basic
understanding of how items are put together and construction
experience is helpful. Because we work with the moving industry this
person must be flexible in their schedule, and able to work some
Saturdays.

Skill Requirements:

*Able to lift heavy household items. We are NOT movers - typical
lifting is limited to getting the item into the crate.

*General tool knowledge and ability to/learn how to
assemble/disassemble items in a logical way in order to
package/transport.

*Personal touch, professionalism, and attention to detail when dealing with customers in their homes during their relocation. We are often dealing with customers during the stressful moving process and expect our employees to work with customers to ensure their move experience goes as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities:

*Servicing items for customer's relocation and transit

*Disconnecting and connecting appliances (waterlines, gas lines and swapping cords)

*Preparing customers TVs, exercise equipment, swing sets, furniture, etc for safe transit.

*Building wood crates with pneumatic and other power tools for safe transit of customers valuable artwork, glass and other fragile items.

*Traveling throughout southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois in
company vehicle. Pay is hourly and you will be paid even when
traveling between jobs. Due to our service area this may lead to
extensive "windshield time" depending on the day.

Special Requirements:

* We conduct criminal background screenings and screen on illegal drug use.
* MUST have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
* Reliable transportation to Verona.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
