Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Matthews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Tiffany Pavlik! 🥳
Tiffany was hired at Matthews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Great Bend PA just a scant year ago in February 2022. She previously worked as a manager at a local bank and was looking for career change. Her brother Brad was working as a Sales Consultant at Matthews Import Center and suggested that Tiffany give the auto industry a try. Based on the fact that she is the most nominated employee of the month in Matthews history (a dozen co-workers blitzed and nominated her in one day) we’re glad she made the right decision!

A Title Clerk has an incredibly detailed, difficult job. They handle the paperwork to get the sold vehicle into the customer’s hands including DMV registration and title, insurance cards, binders, finance information, lien releases, driver’s license, buyer’s order, contract, even the weight of the vehicle to determine what kind of plates it requires, and more, checking everything against the vehicle VIN for accuracy. Each vehicle sold represents a stack of paperwork that must be completed, checked, double checked, copied and then distributed to the Sales Consultant for the customer, the DMV, the bank and the dealership’s Finance and Accounting Department. Every detail must be correct, and Tiffany is the backstop to make sure nothing gets by her. To make matters more complicated, since the dealership is just over the New York border, many customers come from both PA and New York and Tiffany must stay up to date on policies and procedures for both states and more, including Alaska! Normally a Title Clerk may train for up to a year to learn everything it takes to get the job done. With zero experience, Tiffany was up and running in record time – only one month and she had it down.

Despite the huge responsibility and stress associated with this job – Tiffany is as cool as a cucumber, incredibly smart, businesslike and professional but always approachable. She chips in wherever needed whether it’s Sales, Service, straightening up the showroom or pinch hitting as cashier. She is known for her calm demeaner and great attitude - either doing something to improve herself or the team, Co-workers say she is “The Voice of Reason” at the dealership and everyone knows they can always count on her with her incredible drive to succeed and ability and thirst to learn more.

General Manager Pete Coppola says, “The reasons Tiffany deserves this award are endless. She goes out of her way to help everyone whether it’s in the office or helping the Service Department with repair orders, titles, lien releases and more. She does everything and gets it done fast - she’s on top of it and you know if Tiffany is working on it – it’s handled! She 100% deserves this award.”

Floor Manager (and previous Title Clerk) Dan Lake agrees, “Tiffany is one of the hardest working people at the dealership. She never makes mistakes, is always willing to help and she’s genuinely a great person – without a doubt one of our most valued and respected employees. I’m very proud of her!”

When she’s not at work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband Andrew, their seven-year-old daughter Ivy and dogs Rooney and Blue. She enjoys reading and is a big fan of Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, photography and loves NASCAR and the NY Giants.
