It is a common misconception that therapy is a last resort to be used only when you are desperate. In reality, therapy is actually more helpful if done before the problem becomes severe. Whether it's PTSD, trauma, trouble sleeping, anxiety, depression, or many other issues, IASIS MCN and EMDR therapy can help you return hope and balance to your life.

You don’t need fixing, you need healing. You’re not broken, you’re wounded. There is hope for healing!
Happy 35th birthday to EMDR! We are grateful that such an effective treatment modality was discovered entirely by accident. Thank you Dr. Francine Shapiro for such an amazing contribution to our world.
Today would be a very good day just to have a good day! - Michael Franti
It is an honor and a privilege to get to know our clients over years of counseling. While counseling is a great way to get help in a time of crisis, it also has a lot to offer for everyday life. Simply having someone to regularly talk to is one of the best ways to stay mentally healthy.
You don’t have to white knuckle your way through life with PTSD. There is hope for healing!
Whether you are in a relationship or single, comparison is the thief of joy. The world would have you believe that today is all about grand gestures and elaborate gifts, but at its heart, Valentine's Day is simply about celebrating love. Tell someone you love them today! Your love is more precious than any gift that can be bought.

It's Black History Month, and we'd like to honor the great contributions of Black men and women to the counseling and mental health world. This quote from Maya Angelou especially resonates with us today. It applies not only to our personal lives but also to our societal commitment to the crucial work of racial reconciliation and recognition.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a very real problem for many people. Using EMDR Therapy, we can work together to desensitize disturbing memories and feelings and reprocess traumatic memories so that they no longer occupy your daily life.
Trauma changes how you are, it doesn’t change who you are! There is hope for healing.

Whether you've experienced trauma, a head injury, or just lived life long enough, your brain is likely out of balance. When our brain is out of balance, we deal with things like anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADD/ADHD, anger, memory and concentration issues, migraine, and many other issues. By gently stimulating the brain, it allows for the brainwaves to settle into a balanced state. Does this sound like something you'd like to try? Visit our website to schedule a free consultation or email Landon at [email protected] to schedule your first free session.
Happy New Year! Are you making a New Year's resolutions this year? If so, what are they?
When you can't look on the bright side, I will sit with you in the dark.
Sometimes sitting quietly with a friend through a hard time is the best way to show empathy and support them.
*This quote is commonly attributed to the Mad Hatter, but it’s actually nowhere to be found in the books or movies. No one knows where it originated, but we still think it’s a great quote!
Give your friends and family a call this holiday season. There is no better time to give people love and encouragement! Every year around this time, we see a spike in depression. This can be due to loneliness, stressful family dynamics, weather, little sunlight, or missing loved ones, just to name a few. But no matter the reason, a simple call from a friend or family member can brighten someone’s day and shine hope into their life.
