Life has been busy recently (pictures to come) but we had a chance to take pictures of some yearlings we have available. Margarita is a direct Captain daughter out of our V8 746/7 donor who is a direct V8 380/6 daughter from the JDH Mary Holly cow family.

Captain has been one of the most consistent sires the past few years regarding performance, breed character, and overall quality.

The V8 746/7 cow has been one of the matriarchs in our herd. She is a 12
year old cow that has consistently produced the top calves in every calf crop. She has been used with BRC 160/8, Captain, Tejano, Whoa Macklin 112, Maddox and every calf is a super star (she isn’t done yet). Headlined by the BRC Mira Aquí 282 heifer that is owned by the Landry Family at Landry Farms. Margarita brings the best of both Captain and the 746 cow, length of body, feminine, bone, structural integrity from the ground up and really nice pigmentation.

Over the past few weeks we have been working with NBU Ranch to send over a set of cattle for their program. Part of the process was getting the cattle to Florida from Texas. We want to thank Victor Javier Moreno for helping us get the cattle to Florida safely with no problems and for Jason Smith allowing us to make a stop to let the cattle rest at his place!

We also want to thank NBU Ranch for trusting the genetics in our program and wish you the best of success with your program!

Gentle heifer and has been getting worked with the halter daily. She could be a nice donor prospect and will for sure give you a nice calf.
