The USDA just announced that they are re-defining how they calculate maximum annual income for eligibility. They are removing the requirement for obtaining all income documents from all adult household members. Instead, they will only review income documents from borrowers on the loan/note.

So, what does this mean to you as a potential homebuyer? This is great news for many as it means more borrowers will qualify for USDA loans.
