Ramen lovers! 🍜💕🤤 Your long wait is finally over! Owner Tim and Mr. Sun at Sushi Koji, clearly perfectionists, have been testing and fine tuning the homemade ramen machine for the past 6 months and we are now ready to introduce 3 delectable Ramen selections! One of Tim's passions is creating a healthy, flavorful, and nourishing broth so this is a very exciting day!

Our signature dish is Spicy Tan Tan Ramen with a deep nutty and spicy flavor, the chef favorite is Kaizen Seafood Ramen with a beautiful fried soft shell crab on top, and the traditional Tonkotsu Ramen, which has pork, Sh*take mushrooms and other veggies. Perfect for the changing of seasons as we head into Fall. Please come by with family and friends and sample our new exciting additions to the menu!
