Hey lovely ladies! I came on here just to give a quick reminder of my cancellation policy in regards to late cancellations and no shows! My policy is at states:

If any client wishes to cancel their appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance and if cancelled in less than 24 hours, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. This DOES include rescheduling an appointment last minute, but how soon you reschedule for will be taken into account! If you wish to reschedule for the same week as the original appointment date, this fee will not apply and will be voided as you are rescheduling within the same working week as the originally scheduled appt.

Any no call-no shows are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

Also please keep in mind, if you will be more than 15 minutes late to an appointment it will need to be rescheduled so that we have ample time to complete the full set or fill in!

I have been extremely lenient and understanding, and will continue to be understanding about situations. I do get that things out of our control happen, that is part of life! On the other side I do have a business to run, and last minute cancellations greatly affect my schedule and do not allow me enough time to fill in the spot!
