Post surgery is normal for swelling to last 3-4 months, for some 6 months 😳🤓

Taking care of your body the first month post surgery, allows for the body to get the help it needs when is working so hard to drain backed up lymph fluid.

When planning your surgery ALSO plan your RECOVERY‼️It’s SO Important⚠️ do not expect a Certified Professional to be available in hours notice.

Recovery takes a lot of work and patience ☺️ follow the at-home care and maintain a consistent treatment plan.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Massage works the Lymphatic System which is located Above Your Muscles. It is a light skin-stretching technique that manually pumps your lymphatic system to help any areas that may be congested.
An area congested could be visually swollen, you may feel sluggish/fatigued on the daily basis, or experience bloating and constipation regularly.
MLD is highly recommended for people with , had a surgical procedure in the last 6 months or is about to undergo a surgical procedure.
