Tomorrow is the last day for in person registration. We will be at our Vineland and Mantua office locations from 9am - 12pm

Week 1 of Camp YEY is completely full and closed!
A wait list has been started.

Did you know we are doing in person registration this year? On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week, come by our offices in Vineland, Salem, or Mantua between 8:30a-6:30p for registration.

Saturday’s in person registration will be between 9a-12p in our Vineland and Mantua offices only.

Attention CA Registrants:
The CA application and supportive documents are due Friday, May 12th by 4pm. All documents must be submitted in order to begin the next step in the CA process. Any questions, please email [email protected] with CA INFORMATION in the subject line.

Spaces are filling up quickly! If you have not sent in all documents do so as soon as possible! Camp YEY has limited space and it is a first come first serve basis.

What a turn out for registration! Please be patient with our registration team as we catch up with the documents that have been sent. If you have faxed your supporting documents please allow a few extra days.

Camp YEY 2023 registration is officially open! Head on over to www.southwestcouncil.org/campyey to register your camper.

Your camper is NOT fully registered until all documents have been sent in and a confirmation email has been given from the registration team.

Registration closes May 12th, or until at capacity whichever comes first.

CA Registration/ Application has officially opened! If you are going into 9th - 12th grade this coming fall and interested in becoming a counselor assistant please visit www.southwestcouncil.org/campyey to apply.

Counselor Assistants are our right hand helpers at Camp YEY for our Camp Counselors. CAs can earn 40+ volunteer hours, become CPR certified, and demonstrate leadership qualities to the youth who come to camp. CAs must attend our mandatory CA Training July 24th - 28th.

Interested youth must apply and fill out the CA application and all supplemental forms. Interested youth will be called for interviews as part of the application process. If chosen to be a CA, additional required forms will be needed.
