You can do the dishes and turn this acitivity into a meditation. Observing how the water runs and touches your fingers. Washing the dishes becomes washing off everything that doesn’t serve you anymore. Buddha once said that, "meditation is nothing but taking a mental shower."

It doesn't matter what you are doing, whether you are washing dishes, driving to get groceries, spending time with friends and family, what truly matters is the vibration and awareness you bring to all that you do..
