WHAT'S YOUR STITCH 'n STUFF store will be holding a going out of business AUCTION on February 15th at 10:00 A.M. at 5350 Kemps Rivier Crossing, suite 104.
The auction will include all merchindise, displays, racks, counters, and store fixtures belonging to the business. Everything must be sold and cleared out from the building. Pictures will be displayed in a few days. Seller has moved out of State and wishes to move on to other ventures. The store has remained open until this past Saturday under an excllent manager. This would be a great business for someone to buyout the business and continue the operations. Offers will be excepted up until the day of auction. Contact the Auction Company for details. The store is nicely layed out and ready for business. The store also offered classes in quilting and other crafts.

Terms and Conditions

1. There will be a 13% Buyer's Premium, 3% discount for cash sales, will be added to the high bid to determine the total sales price of any and all items sold at the auction.
2. All items are being offered in an AS IS, WHERE IS, and HOW IS condition. There will no oral, written and or implied warranty of any kind on any or all items.
3. Once the bidder has been determined the high bidder of any or all items, those items are then declared the property of the bidder (s) and the high bidder takes full responsibility of those items. The seller,his repesentatives, the auctioneer nor his representatives will be held responsible for any items once the bidder has been declared the high bidder of such items.
4.Cash or good local check and credit cards will be accepted for this auction. There will be a 3% discount offered off of the 13% BP for using cash. All items must be paid for in full before removing the items from the auction site. All sales are final. In the event a bidder renders a bad check to the auctioneer, the bidder will be responsible for any and all cost to the auctioneer required to collect the monies owed to the auctioneer including any and all fees deemed necessary including any and all legal attorney fees and court cost.
5. There are no minimum starting bids however the Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers on the items at his sole discretion.
6. Conduct of the auction and increments of the sale shall be at the sole discretion of the auctioneer.
7. The Seller and the Auctioneer have the right to withdraw any item, postpone or cancel the auction at their sole discretion without notice and to modify or add anyterms and conditions either prior to or at the auction.

It is with a heavy heart that I write these words. After 23 years of being your local quilt shop, we will be closing our doors soon.

We have made countless friends over the years and mom & I would like to thank all who have been part of it. We always tried to make WYSNS a customer friendly business and felt we had more than just a customer relationship with all of you. I ask for your support and understanding during this difficult time.

I would like to thank all of our employees that helped to make WYSNS successful over the years. To our customers, we would not have been able to operate without your support, so a big thank you goes out to you as well.

Starting Thursday, December 26th, we will have 30% off storewide. We will not be accepting frequent buyer rewards/receipts.

In closing, if it has always been a dream of yours to own a quilt shop, it’s not too late for your Christmas wish to own one….We would love to see WYSNS continue to operate and I would be happy to give my support and knowledge of the operational side of the business.
